			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When a person is born, the precious gem that he was blessed with is life. It is shower embraced on human race to live happily. When a baby is born there is no limit to happiness, when you grow adult the life is so busy there is no time to take care of other aspects. Then you become old at that time you regret that I wish I would have taken care of myself. These are the phases of life that everyone goes through. If you have taken proper care your health in you prior age so you are able to lead independent life.<br />
To take care of this precious gem, health plays vital role to lead it in a proper manner. In your adolescence age if you take proper diet, this will deposit all required minerals for your firm structure of body for future. As truly said speed thrills but it kills, so drive the speed that is required rather than the one which would take you to hospital.<br />
Never keep chance to regret, if your eating habbits has made you obese than awake from the very next moment. Start with good risk walk and gradually increase the level with physical exercises. This will relax your stress make you feel active and glowing. Proper health check up should be done to control and keep check of diabetes, cholesterol and hemoglobin. These diseases tend to trap you at initial stage of your life. So try to keep them away by opting for regular medication and balanced diet. Do not leave the loop hole to fill with death, by being under impression that nothing can happen to me. Especially population that is slim and thin, think that nothing can happen to them, so they do not need to undergo check-ups. This assumption is wrong, faulty eating habbits can make any one surrounded by diseases. Do not let stress hamper your health. Remember you are important to your family more than yourself. Do get your self checked regularly. Even if any thing is detected don’t panic and start medications on time. This increase you life span and not decrease. Don’t feel depressed and take things positively coming in your way. Positive thinking has proved to cure many diseases.<br />
Let the situation be any how health matters and look after it. Prevention is better than cure, go with that is good for you rather than falling prey to enemies.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is no doubt that health is wealth. Would you be happy if you have poor health? All your wealth will be of no use. Money cannot buy you peace and happiness. There are many of us who take health for granted and normally ignore it. We tend to realize it only when we hear or see a sick man. You may be rich but you would never be able to enjoy the wealth if you are not blessed with good health. On the contrary a poor but healthy man would work harder and enjoy a sound sleep. The choice is yours and I am sure all of you would opt for good health. This is a short write up on relevant health matters that would help you take needful steps in your life to achieve good health.<br />
• Balanced Diet – A well balanced diet is central to overall good health. Most of us consume food and drinks as if there is no tomorrow. Rather you should “Eat to Live” and not “Live to Eat”. Strictly avoid fatty oils, fats and sugars, salt, caffeine and alcohol. Instead rely more on fruits and green vegetables, Proteins, milk and dairy products in small proportions and carbohydrates. The quantum of intake should be proportionate to your body frame and maintain regular intervals. It is paramount that you consume at least three liters of water.<br />
• Exercise – It would be pointless if you maintain a balanced diet but ignore exercise. Our bodies need movement and physical activity. They are vital for healthy health matters and strengthen your immune system. It is not important that you visit gyms but a daily walk when you rise would be highly beneficial. Brisk walking will not only help you loose fat but also enhance your physical movements. It would make you more agile and active. Swimming is an excellent exercise for toning your body. Apart from the fun and enjoyment that it would bring, it is good for your heart, lungs, joints and muscles. Swimming would also free you of any back problems and burn fats and calories as effectively as aerobics and other strenuous workouts.<br />
Lastly it is very important to ensure that we free ourselves of addictions and emotions. They are the root cause of unhappiness and would not only affect you but your family, friends and near and dear ones. This is an important factor while considering health matters.</p>
